I took my car to have breaks checked and an oil change this afternoon without an appointment. Before end of Jay checked brakes, took it for a test drive and advised brakes were good. Did the oil change and I picked up my car before 4:30. Can’t recommend Jay more!
Been coming here for a while now and Jay never disappoints. Very knowledgeable and very good communication skills. Jay is very thorough and explains everything and provides very good recommendations. If your repairs to your vehicle is not needed he will tell you. He stands behind his work. Highly recommend pro automotive to family and friends.
Jay and his shop are absolutely phenomenal!! He was kind and patient while listening to my concerns and my car's history. I called midday (as a new client) with a severely overheating car, and Jay was able to get me in and out the same day to fix my coolant leak with some repairs! Over the weekend, we had another overheating issue despite there being no apparent leak. I wish I visited Jay sooner! Knowledgable mechanic, did excellent work to my Ford Focus, was quicker than I expected too! Will absolutely visit again in the future.
