I brought my Tesla Model 3 Performance to Pro Auto Body for a front bumper repair and had a great experience. Aviv took care of everything from the moment I arrived. He took photos of the damage, handled the process quickly, and had me in and out of the shop in no time. I was involved in a car accident. Had my car towed to this shop. Shop had stolen my weather tech floor mats all for and trunck liner. As i came to retrieve all belongings due to my car being totalled. So for that reason i rated it a 1 star
Pro Auto Body Shop routinely & illegally blocks the sidewalk by parking customer’s cars in the way of pedestrians as well as illegally parking customers vehicles in the turn lane on Pico Blvd. I urge everyone in the neighborhood to file a complaint with their city council (available at laforward dot org) so that we can improve safety in our community and remove this habitual offender from the neighborhood.
Aviv is the best! Amazing customer service, and super friendly! Quick turnaround too! He helped me with my insurance and car rental as well. I would highly recommend this body shop
