Of course having a car in the shop is devastating, but having the assurance & confidence that Mr.Neal bestowed upon us over the last few days made everything so much easier to handle. Pro Auto had excellent customer service and did an amazing repair job on my car. They made getting a damaged car fixed a great experience. They kept my car longer than insurance agreed to pay for it, but they covered the rest of my rental bill. Absolutely recommend and would use them again- every time. Christine at the front desk is a pleasure to work with.
Pro Auto sent Thomas out to tow my RV. Nobody enjoys this and Thomas did what he could to get it started - to no avail (sorry, Thomas). After giving me the lowdown on how fast he'd be going, how everything worked, etc. we landed safely at our destination. Being a woman and not knowing mechanical language, I was worried about how to interpret what Thomas said he thought may be going on with the RV. Not to worry.
