Pro Auto was excellent in all areas especially Christine and Austin. Repair work turned out great. Kept us informed of everything that was going on with repair work. Christine was very professional and helpful throughout entire process
I find it quite funny that the time was taken to address the COVID issue on the website BUT not one employee (i encountered a total of 3)was wearing a mask during my visit on 09/10/2020!
Nothing but great things to say about this place! They were very thorough when fixing my car and everything looks and drives PERFECT! They were great at answering all of my questions and staying in touch!! 10/10 would definitely recommend!
Very disappointed. Called Saturday about picking up a vehicle we’re buying today in Searcy (non running, needed towed to my home). Called again yesterday (Tuesday) to confirm. The guy at night said he would leave a note with the time I needed it picked up, and all was good. Called again this morning (Wednesday), and they had no idea what I was talking about, said the only had one driver, and couldn’t do it. I appreciate his professionalism and also the steps he took to ensure our safety during the whole process. When you're having a bad day and need a tow, give them a call! They'll take care of you.
