You couldn't ask for better customer service. These guys know what they are doing and they take care of their customers. I came in after seeing the great reviews and I brought in a car I was considering buying and the employees, seeing that Im new at car buying, helped with find the perfect car and gave me great advise. I would never consider going anywhere else after the great experience I have had with them. They deserve more than 5 stars.
if you have children do not go there the owner does not handle their company well and treats their mothers like crap and looks at them with disgust and dismisses them. i have tried twice to give the shop a chance but can not see giving my business to such an unprofessional man. the mechanics and techs were nice though
These guys saved my life, big time. I broke down on my way to a summer job, needing to be at my destination ASAP. I had my car towed to a different shop initially, but they literally made things worse. The next morning (the day I needed to be at my destination, 6 hours from Boise) I called Pro Auto Care and explained my situation and that it was a time sensitive matter.
