Best experience I've had with car repair and maintenance! Friendly, conscientious, professional, honest, and hard- working staff. When repairs are complete, I drive away completely confident that my car is both fixed and safe.
I could not ask for a better mechanic shop. Not only did they diagnose the problem that a previous mechanic told me wasn't there and that it was just in my head (heavy gas smell), they fixed all the other issues that previous mechanic neglected or made worse. Rocky was always upfront about timing and cost and of course was extremely kind. Hands down the most honest and reliable mechanic shop in Boise! Update: Rocky is no longer at Pro Auto Care. :(
