They are very professional and friendly with customer service as their priority. I will only use these good folks for all my truck and car stereo needs they can do about anything you need for your electronics and stereo systems.

Went to Pro Audio for a upgrade to my truck. Spoke with Jimmy Hamm for his advice and recommendation. He was very helpful and professional. Left my truck with them while I was on vacation, and wow what a difference it made. Other than the aftermarket head unit, their are no signs of them changing out my sound system, which included the addition of 2 10" subwoofers behind rear seat. Excellent service.
Took my f150 in and told the guys what I wanted, just a little extra, and they went above and beyond what I asked for. The extra time spent on it was well worth it! Will definitely be going back in the future!
I bought a Clarion Tape deck and multi-disc changer from Pro Audio 15 years ago, had it installed. This head unit is still rocking today. This company knows quality. Definitely an authority on Car audio!

I took my '09 Tacoma to Mr. Buddy, and I just told him what I wanted. I told him to use his best judgement as far as speaker size and brands, and I am happy to say that he and Dexter did an awesome job with the selection and installation.
