Messaged on Facebook while offshore because my radio went out on my 14 Ram 3500. Ms Vickie was quick to respond. I had free time and they even got me in a day earlier than they were supposed to. Then ended up staying late just to get me on the road since I had been dropped off and was waiting on my vehicle. Great group of folks to deal with and very professional and knowledgeable of whatever audio equipment you may need!!
