I have to say they were unprofessional. I called two different times and the girl that answered the phone mumbled so I wasn't even sure if I was calling the right place. I guess a tech was supposed to call me, when I received a text message I called back to see if that was a confirmation of an appointment and the same girl responded with "I already told you". After all that I received a message that they don't service my area. I live like 10 minutes away

Our washing machine started making a screeching noise, so we decided to get it fixed by Pro Appliance Repair Ontario. The appliance service technician came to our home at the appointed time and did not take so much time to finish the repair. He was a pleasure to work with and highly knowledgeable about his job. The service was affordable, too. We do not regret calling this company to help us with our problem.
