0 Stars for ZERO customer service. The absolute worst, never even came out to check the refrigerator, did a phone / video conference. But closed the service request with AHS. Apparently "they ordered a part" Tried calling more than 5 times a day for 2 weeks straight, it actually became a running joke. That is what this place is - a joke. This happened twice with them for the same service request, over 3 months later still nothing.

Same as others. American Home Shield assigned refrigerator repair to them Got call next day from Pro appliance to do video diagnostics. Said they were ordering parts Never heard from them again. On 6/30 they claimed repair was complete. No one even physically came to house. Tried calling them 4 consecutive business and no return phone call. Finally another company was assigned to complete repairs. I reported these complaints to AHS as well.

VERY poor customer service. My washer broke on 8/1/20. Pro Appliance tech diagnosed the issue by video call and said the switch was bad because the washer door would not unlock, it was leaking and the fabric softener would dispense. A week later tech replaced the switch and left. I tried to start the washer.... door was till locked an would not open and now the washer won't even start. Today is 8/18/20, I am still waiting for a call back from Pro Appliance to fix my washer. Unfortunately I have American Home Shield and Pro A... read more

Fridge stopped working called AHS warranty on May they gave us pro appliance said they would call within 24 hrs ..didn't happen so I called them on June 1st person I talked to had all kind of excuses of how long it would take for them to come finally came out June 5th said he had to order parts ...finally came out today June 18th looked at the fridge and told us it was the compressor and it was still under a 10 year warranty and pro appliance would dispatch the problem to AHS...but I remember the contract doesn't fix anythin... read more

Zero stars! Like previous comments these folks had absolutely NO INTEREST in fixing my appliance - only in collecting the AHS fee! Run away as fast as you can!!

Technician lie they just take the American shield deductible With no interest in completed the job. It's a shame that so many technicians look to take advantage of consumers instead of doing the job they are payed to do. Companies like this give the warranty company's a bad name.

Do I have to give them a star. Pro Appliance came out to check the leak on the ice make. The guy who came said it was a leaking valve and they would have to order the part. After he left they called the home warranty company and stated they would not fix it. Another company came out and said that the hose was cracked and that is why it was leaking, it had nothing to do with the valve. The guy even showed me the hose and you could clearly see the crack.
