AHS assigned this company to repair our refrigerator. They ordered and received the part, yet they have been completely non-responsive! I have called 10+ times and every call goes into VM. I have left multiple messages, and AHS has attempted to reach them as well with no response. I'm sure things are busy and there is probably a backlog, but they should at least get back to customers with timely updates. Very frustrating:-(
No surprise, after reading these reviews, but ProAppliance has twice required a Screen Video meeting to look at the freezer that was frosting up inside, and twice sent a technician to "Fix" the issue. Both times they refused to replace the door seal and made us leave the unit unplugged for 24-hours, doors open and unit completely thawed. This company never answers their phone calls neither calls you back. Also if you can reach them they come say it's fixed and it breaks in 1 hour and hassle again to be able to reach them for a few weeks. If american home shield assigns these people to you don't accept it!
I'm not going to get into any details about this company. What I'm going to say is do not use this company for anything. They are a big scam. American Home Shield uses this company as one of their providers. Do not let American Home Shield assign this provider to your service request.
Not reliable to fix anything. Business practices ethically questionable.
I placed a request for service for a leaking washing machine through my Warranty Company, American Home Shield. A tech came out to inspect the problem; he claimed the problem was fixed however it was not. Our machine kept leaking. Pro appliance sent out a tech for a second time: this time he said he needed parts and made us wait two weeks. Beyond horrible!! Over 30 days to get a tech out and then because they were pissed that I called and complained to the home warranty company——they negated my service by saying “my machine had been broken for an extended amount of time.” I’ve had my warranty for over a year AND I’m a mom of three athletes, having a broken dryer is more than a mi or inconvenience. Y’all are liars and you suck!
I was assigned to this company by American Home Shield and have called 4 x in the last several days with no response. I'm requesting that American Home Shield assign a different repair company to fix my dryer.
Theresa "customer service supervisor" is not fit to be in customer service or a supervisor. When faced with a request to schedule out 7 days, the employee can't seem to figure out how to use a note pad or online calendar to augment a computer program not setup for scheduling service calls. When I asked to speak to a supervisor she said "absolutely not" and "I will tell them you called" Run as far as you can from this horrendous appliance repair services.
