I had my outside meter panel upgraded initially by someone else, but then had to do some electrical work inside the units in order to pass inspection, and this was done by Pro-Amp Electric and they completed the outside panel work also.
I made calls to several commercial electricians to conduct an assessment and ensure our power was distributed evenly to prevent circuit overloads.
