Terrible Customer Service. I called ahead told him what I wanted and he told me the price due to the plain alterations needed He also indicated that I would be able to pick up my dress that same evening. However, After I arrived with the dress he said it would be a rush job to have it ready that evening so I told him I would come back in the morning. He then said I will have to charge more . I needed to be sized and needed a place that was conveniently located and good at taking sizes and making alterations. I have now found my place.The owner is very hands on and very friendly. I definitely would recommend them for convenience and pricing and quality of work.

Took some pants to be altered, they were fine. So went again with a couple of blouses, sleeves were too long. Now they are so short the sleeves on both hit my elbows and can't be worn. Won't go here again.

Alterations on an a-line skirt. They did not cut the material but made a 1 1/2 inch wide seam on the side so the skirt does not lay properly. I could have done a better job and I can't sew.
