They are always on time, very friendly staff, and do a great job!
Technician arrived on time to the appointment and within minutes, detected a bad expansion valve and dirty coil which was impacting cooling performance of the unit. Amazing.
I am unsatisfied . I bought a NEW AIR , i paid $3600,00 and after 1 month it stared doing a strange noise . I called the company , they send an employee that reported that it was the valve and that it was a normal noise . My old air was installed more than 20 years and never made any noise . Now i am waiting for the owner of company Mr. Steven, to go there and try to fix it . Something is really wrong .
