We had Alan install a single A/C unit in our attic for our master bedroom at the beginning of the summer in 2022. Although Alan is a very nice person, the installation was a disaster. They installed the unit upside down, the pan wasn't large enough, the unit leaked repeatedly, and Alan was too busy to stop by and check on his guys' work. We have used Alan and his team for many years! he has always been very responsive to our requests and accommodated service calls very quickly. Work is always completed right away and is reasonably priced. I know if we have an HVAC issues, and I call Alan, it is going to be taken care of quickly, reliably, and completely. We have recommended Alan to many friends and neighbors and all have been satisfied.
