The manger at the Orange store is so helpful and very sweet. She took extra time to make sure my husband and I understood how to use the medical item we needed. We will be sure to tell our friends to go to the Orange store for everything they need. Its so nice to have a young person who knows their job! Thank you
The lady I dealt with was completely rude and did not want to help me at all! I tried the PRN in Beaumont, its just as bad! Great Customer service is very important especially to me the elderly and they do not have it. I have them two tries, Prn has lost my business.
Worst service I have ever had!! The so call manager had no idea what she was doing and repeatedly had to call someone to find out! She could not answer any of my questions and became rude/aggravated when she she couldn't answer! I do not appreciate bringing my business somewhere where people have no idea what the are doing! When i called my insurance company I was told since I have texanplus they exclusively work with PRN which is ridicules.
