I had the pleasure to be helped by two of the kindest and most professional gentlemen when needing to transport my mother to the hospital. They shared empathy, patience, and knowledge while I felt stressed between appointments lab waits and doctor instructions. How lucky we were to have their service. Roselyn was very rude and unprofessional. What kind of low grade individuals does this company hire, very unprofessional.
Your charge was not warranted. You were late in coming to take me back to my home from Kaiser. Yet you charged for Waiting Time). The ride back was not straight to my house, and once back home I was "dumped" on my bed without any instructions. I fell off the bed and had to call 911 to pick me up! The bill listed items that were not used (disposable supplies, pulse OX were not done), and the entire experience was awful. Claire Weinberg
