We had our deck and patio redone with PRK in 2020. This year we started noticing some things that weren’t quite right with our deck and reached out to PRK. They came promptly and assessed the situation! Then they took care of all necessary repairs without hesitation! They are great to work with and stand by their work! It’s exactly what you would expect from a company.
PRK Williams remodeled my lower level, and it is more beautiful than I ever imagined it would be! We added a bedroom and bathroom and redesigned the living space. The team was so good to work with! Brian in design and sales made a beautiful design that maximized space and functionality and James and Jeff in project management made sure every detail was taken care of. The workmanship of all the subcontractors is top notch. I would highly recommend PRK! You will not be disappointed!
PRK delivered a four-home build to our company under budget and on time. Expectations were exceeded in all aspects through excellent communication, great follow through and a truly unique "healthy home" design that is beautiful and functional to allow aging in place. I readily recommend PRK for any building needs.
I would give zero stars if possible. Stay away from these people at all costs. Took 15 months to complete our build. No communications, no supervision, total mismanagement. Never provided a construction schedule so I don't believe they had one. Did not order material until months after we had picked it out at their recommended vendors. In the first six months of construction there was more than a month of working days with no one on site working.
We partnered with Brian H and PRK Williams to build a few homes in the Des Moines area. The process went smooth and communication was great. The Healthy Homes is a game changer!
