Always billing problems with this place. They send me invoices to pay, but they never gave me any login info so I can access the actual invoice. I called and they were able to give me a link to change my password, but the website is broken and doesn't load on any of my devices I've tried to open it on. I called to get help for this issue and they avoided the question and couldn't help. It's always just a hassle with these folks. Very helpful staff and a really great community
Casha listened to my daughter and we came up with a comprehensive plan.
Honestly this place is just terrible if u need a letter for work or let say social security they charge u few hundred dollars for each letter not for let's say 4 letter in total would cost almost 1000 dollars if each letter was 1 page long they are taking advantage of people and its not right or good practice
