The doctor is alright but the front desk is very rude. Her name was “Cynthia” and she has a terrible attitude and is full of disrespect. I have never seen any medical staff behave like this. I took my father in a WHEELCHAIR to this appointment after struggling to get to the building, I hear the office was relocated and nobody was even informed. Dr. Hachico was very helpful and efficient in our interview. She's quick and focused with her questions, even though migraines are a tricky subject, understandably. She seems to care deeply and blends that with efficiency. The front desk staff were very nice and helpful as well. I think some other 1 star reviewers interpreted her quickness as not caring or not listening. My experience was positive - she seemed focused, which I think can be appreciated and commendable in a hospital.

Just a really weird appointment. I was referred from my primary care doctor who wanted me to get checked out because of my history of (5) concussions and migraines/other symptoms I was having to make sure there was no link and my brain was in good health. The first time I've ever been genuinely uncomfortable at the doctors. So much so that I walked out of there wondering if I would ever go back, and cancelled my follow up appointment a few weeks later. I’ve never met someone more likeable in my life - she is my daughter’s Dr, and I cannot say enough good things about her and what an amazing Dr and woman she is! Professional, but so kind and calm that you feel at ease immediately. The staff at her office are also just the best!
