Tried for over an hour just to get someone on the phone never got an answer drove to the office just to find it empty which doesn't explain why the staff is incapable of answering the phone will be reporting to the state about the incompetent doctors office, Johnson's health being the trashed out office that it is is better than dealing with this provider again will be filing a legal complaint through the state and will be reporting the lack of care provided!!! The office staff and website is awful. Even though we completed the pre-registration online, we had to complete the dreaded forms on the tablet. They ask for the same information and documentation every time you go to the office. It is maddening. My parents are 93 and 88 and just can't do it...and yet the staff insist on it being done on the tablet. VERY BAD SYSTEM AND PROCESS.

General Practitioner Dr. Patricia Richardson is my primary doctor, and she's kind, has a great bedside manner and listens respectfully to my concerns. The medical staff is professional and they work well as a team.
