The office staff and website is awful. Even though we completed the pre-registration online, we had to complete the dreaded forms on the tablet. They ask for the same information and documentation every time you go to the office. It is maddening. My parents are 93 and 88 and just can't do it...and yet the staff insist on it being done on the tablet. VERY BAD SYSTEM AND PROCESS.
Good medical care and follow up on health.
General Practitioner Dr. Patricia Richardson is my primary doctor, and she's kind, has a great bedside manner and listens respectfully to my concerns. The medical staff is professional and they work well as a team.
Dr. Lord has been great caring for my mother.
