I love this place and have been coming for years. Jenni does an amazing job consistently and is so talented! She is efficient, friendly, and a master of her craft. I always request her to do my manicures and trust her because she always does such a great job. I’m so grateful I found her! I also get my pedicures here and have always had a good experience. Privé Nails has a great, hardworking team. I recommend them to all of my local friends.
This place is an absolute JOKE. I asked for something simple—a French tip, a flower design, and an initial—and they completely butchered it. The French tips are uneven, the letter looks nothing like I asked for, and I had to correct her over and over because she didn’t even know how to write a “B” the right way. $90 for THIS? Total scam. Always leave there feeling pretty!
I had always been happy coming to this place for the past two years, but lately the service has been very disappointing. The person who did my nail refill was rude, rushed, and left me with very poor work: uneven nails, different sizes, and even hurt me with the drill. The first time she attended me, she also rushed, and that’s why my nails fell off shortly after.
