I have been going to Jenn for 3 years; Very disappointed in how rude I was recently treated: If I missed an appointment I paid even though I was not asked to.. I visited this salon twice. My first appointment was great, which is why I decided to come back. Unfortunately, my second visit was a completely different experience. My nail tech seemed to be rushing through the entire appointment and was rude from the start. She never checked in with me during the service or asked if I was happy with how my nails were turning out, so I wasn’t given a real opportunity to provide feedback or ask for adjustments. I took my daughter in for an eyebrow service, and she left with a painful-looking abrasion above her eyebrow. This is not what we expected, and it was upsetting to see her skin left this irritated.

I’ve loved working with Rose and Jenny never had a bad experience here and they do great work however, today I went in to get a nail repaired. Nikol jumped into help but was very unhappy about having to do so she did not speak to me and was handling my hands roughly when I told her the nail was a little bit too long. She started complaining to her coworkers. I’ve never had to pay for one nail to be repaired, but they charge me $10.
