Will not go back. I got my nails done this past Saturday. Got there around 6:40. They said 30 min wait. I was waiting longer than that. Once I was finally called I should him what I wanted and he said they were dipped nails. I said okay that’s fine. He put small Nails that didn’t cover my whole fingers. Then once he was shaping them with a high speed hand piece he filed to low and got my actual nail. Then he had to add more because he took it off. He kept looking at the time because it was almost 8. This place is the most horrible nail spa! My daughter had a dip manicure which is supposed to last long. The nails started to fall off on the 6th day. We went back to get it fixed. First they said they will renew it and told my daughter to choose a color but 2 mins later they said they will refund the money back with the Crocker Park security and called security to insult me and my daughter. Horrible service. I asked for a gel polish which is $24 only and I hadn’t had my nails done before so I had no clue the woman was giving me a full manicure when I went to check out it was double the price I asked for. I said I only asked for the polish which I even wrote down and she SAW she then argued with me when I said this was my first time getting my nails done and told me I was suppose to know this?
