This is the second time we have had to use home health care for my husband - the first time was very disappointing....this time we contacted Privatus and what a different experience - she is kind, caring, effcient, knowledgeable and I am so happy knowing the great care my husband is receiving. She goes above and beyond everyday and encourages him without being overbearing. Would definitely recommend them to anyone needing this service.
I have always been independent but when I was involved in a car accident I needed help. Someone recommended Privatus and when I called them it turned out to be one of the best decisions that I've made. The Aides they sent, especially Joyce, were excellent. Privatus is only a phone call away and someone is always there to be helpful, It was a pleasure to speak with Pat Kenny who is a perfect example of the meaning of customer service. On a scale of one to five stars with five being the highest, Privatus is a six.
