The best thing to happen to Oswego....PERIOD. I have ben struggling with my hair for years. I came to the conclusion..I had bad hair. Francesca proved me wrong. I purchased a living social for a haircut with Francesca. Her salon was so charming, chic, and comfortable at the same time. Francesca was truly amazing. She asked me so many questions before I got my hair washed. She made me feel like she cared so much about my hair and she just met me! Francesca gave me the best haircut of my life! She spent so much time with me before I even got shampooed! Francesca asked me so many questions to really make sure we were on the same page. During the haircut, it was like watching a master at work. She made sure every single hair was perfect. She's not only a perfectionist, she is super friendly.
