It is an effective workout - I definitely saw results from using the system
I like the workout plan, the length of it, the fact that machines were always available, and the friendly staff
I liked the variety of the machines and that I could go at my own pace to reach my goal
The workout was simple and short. I was taught just how to lift weights in general by a friendly staff
Being a new mom it was so great to be able to get in and out in an efficient time; the Flower Mound staff were always chipper!
The trainers were always pleasant, welcoming, and informative.
I love this place and the privacy it alliws for your workout! It isnt to straining but still gives you that perfect push forward without feeling like your body's broken for the rest of the day! The staff is amazing and always help with any questions that i have. Very supportive of their customers and help you personally with any part of your workout when needed! Love this place and the people!!!
I got a groupon and signed up, I was moving out of state and they STILL billed my credit card without notice. And I had just paid for a month of service that I didn't use. They say they offer an appeal but they don't seem to care. WHATEVER YOU DO, DO NOT SIGN UP WITH THIS COMPANY.
DO NOT SIGN A CONTRACT OR GIVE THEM YOUR CREDIT CARD INFORMATION. THERE IS A $200 CANCELATION FEE AS SOON AS YOU SIGN THE CONTRACT. THE CHANCES OF YOU LOOSING THE WEIGHT IN THE 100 OR 150 WORK OUTS IS NEARLY IMPOSSIBLE IF YOU DO NOT HAVE A STRICT CLEAN EATING DIET AND ARE CONSTANTLY WORKING OUT. ALSO, THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS RUN THROUGH EMAIL. THERE IS NO ONE THERE TO TALK TO YOU OVER THE PHONE AND OR IN PERSON. PLEASE TAKE THIS ADVICE SERIOUSLY.
