We call this place Paw Patrol because it's basically like having a cartoon dog as security. I called once to report a bunch of people in a gated pool that didn't live there, and he told me to stop trying to ruin people's holidays. Sky is rude and dismissive. If you want someone arrogant and unhelpful, this is definitely the patrol company for you!
Best company we have used to for patrol on properties being built or managing. It is absolutely nigh and to day with this. Their have definitely set a new standard for what we expect from patrol services.
Worst security guard service ever… They will find any excuse to not come out to the apartments and do their job. They do not provide a sense of security and lack professionalism. If I could give this 0/10 I would.
We have worked with this company at our apartments and they are always helpful and know our residents. We can count on assistance with any problems. We also had a Halloween event for the kids at the apartments hosted by them.
i really enjoyed my experience with this company. The name suites the team! Professional , quality performance and punctual.
