The company is engaged in fraudulent mortgages, they inflate their bills in order to foreclose on damaged loans. Most loans have fake signatures and stamps and endorsements. The company needs to be investigated and shut down for the wire fraud that they do.
Terrible customer service. Online banking hasn't worked in two years and they know it. I call them and they dont call back.
FCI should be closed down! This company operates like a modern day Loan Shark business. They are cold, calls, greedy, and unethical. They treat people like brick walls and only wants to steal from you. I just closed out a loan with them November 23, 2020 and they charged me more interest that I owed. They also threatened me saying that they can refused my wire transfer sent to pay out my loan. Seven days after the loan was paid. Borrower makes a payment and FCI HOLDS it for over 3 weeks before depositing it with the lender. This is not acceptable as it is the lenders money that FCI holds to make interest on their own. They are supposed to SERVICE the loan, not hold the lender's money!!! It is evident from all the 1 star reviews, that no matter their rebuttals, this company is not worthy.
I just had the exact same issue as Sandy W. Seven days after first requesting a payoff letter, FCI send an INCORRECT payoff letter. It took another 7 days to get the correct payoff letter - SHAME ON FCI!!

In response, we find that Mr. G’s statements are not accurate, as his request was processed in a timely manner. Mr. G first contacted FCI for a payoff on July 24, 2020. He was asked to put his request in writing by fax or email, and was advised it could take up to 5 business days. His email on July 24, 2020, referenced only one of the properties on the loan, so a partial payoff quote was sent to Mr. G on July 31, 2020. I requested a payoff quote 3.3.20 (Tuesday) for my closing on friday the 6th. On Thursday I get an email saying it will take 5 to 7 more days to get the quote. My closing does not happen on Friday the 6th bc they cant act in a timely manner. On Monday (6 days after I made the request) I call the supervisor and he tells me the lender has not been contacted for the quote. ALMOST A WEEK AFTER I MADE THE REQUEST!!! This company is HORRIBLE to work with. They are rude and sarcastic when you call to ask them about your property taxes or insurance that is supposed to be paid with your mortgage payment. It took several weeks and many unanswered phone calls. I threatened to not make payments until they paid the insurance and property taxes. They have NO customer service and offer no help if you have any questions or concerns about refinancing to decrease the time of your mortgage. Do NOT do business with them!!!
Is this a real company? No one never answer the phone and you will never get a call back. You’ll lose your home dealing with this company. My property taxes is in limbo because they haven’t paid them and refuse to call me back. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!! Warning........
