We had excellent experience with Private Label Industries since 2001. Outside great service and perfect quality production, the staff were helpful and friendly. The highest respect for the owner and the team.

I called because tomorrow I am travelling to Los Angeles. I asked to speak to somebody and they told me no one to take my call. They suggested and email, I explained to them that there is no time, I will be there tomorrow and need an account manager to meet tomorrow morning. I have a LOT of work to give to them. But honestly, I dont want to work with a company that could not give you a good communication since the first call, specially when there is a deathline. Terrible aervice by the phone. So far... I have emailed and called the company to see If I can chat with someone to start an account. I have not yet received a phone call or email back from them. It has been 2 weeks already. Not happy with the customer service for sure. I am glad that I learned it from the beginning. Imagine If I started business with them. I never understood how companies like this stay in business.
