Bought a concealed wireless charger camera. Employee was very informative and even helped me with setup. After arriving home I noticed many things typical of a product bought from a cheap chinese fall apart product stand you would see in a flea market. No Brand name, very cheap construction, and so on. Looked for the product online the next day and found the exact same product for $29. Problem is I paid over $300 for mind. They do not accept refunds. Extremely disappointed. I have called and called. No one will answer the phone or return calls. It's a shame since they came as a good recommendation.

My relationship with Privacy Electronics started out very good a few years ago. Service calls were tended to quickly. Ian was always very helpful in quickly diagnosing and fixing issues. However, something recently has happened and I get zero response from them. I have submitted service requests and left several messages over the past couple of months. Drove 1 1/2 hours to check their store out to find out its by appointment only. Called at 9:30 after being open for a bit to get the same answering machine as the door speaker. Total of 3 hours drive for nothing. Their lost of sale and after reading the negative comments on here with their products vs eBay afterwards..I'm kicking myself even more for the waste of the drive. So Thank you for not being open to to the public like an average store would be.
