I saw a 70 dollar charge on my card after I let my daughter use the card (my fault) to go shopping after running some errands for me. She told me the guy told her the quote on the nails was ~40 bucks but when she checked out he said because of the shape or type? of nails she selected the final cost is actually 70 dollars. This is partly on her for not scrutinizing the fees more upfront however it also sounds like "bait and switch" which at a place in Crocker park one would not anticipate would be an issue.

I’m only giving three stars because usually I love the staff when I go here. But, my last visit I spent over $300 and got me and my daughter a gel pedi. It hasn’t been over a week before both our gel polish fell off. I definitely don’t think I’ll be back after that. I basically wasted $300 for not even two weeks of a gel pedi. I only ever get gel and I’ve never had this issue before.

Meh, the staff were very nice. The pedicure was pretty underwhelming-not well done-outside of the nail/not covering the whole nail. The space was nice and very accommodating. Just felt like the pedicure could have been better.

Pretty awful experience- rude staff from the woman checking me out to the woman who did my nails. I asked for my cuticles trimmed PRIOR to my fill which is my usual and she would not stop yelling at me from that moment forward, dry cut my cuticle so it bled and then did a subpar job but charged $100 FOR A FILL I will say the younger woman who did my pedicure may have not had the most experience but was very nice and listened to what I asked for.
