Pretty awful experience- rude staff from the woman checking me out to the woman who did my nails. I asked for my cuticles trimmed PRIOR to my fill which is my usual and she would not stop yelling at me from that moment forward, dry cut my cuticle so it bled and then did a subpar job but charged $100 FOR A FILL I will say the younger woman who did my pedicure may have not had the most experience but was very nice and listened to what I asked for. I have been going to Prive for years. I found Katie many years ago and she is the absolute BEST! She is personable, caring, thorough and professional. I get greeted immediately by my first name by whoever is working the desk, most of the time it's Henry. I have never encountered all of the negative comments being made. If there is an issue, it is handled immediately without question. Again, that's what I have observed. It was recommended to me to make an appointment to receive the best service. Overall really bad experience. -Man/owner was rude -Woman who did my sister’s pedicure would not stop coughing. - We weren’t offered anything to drink and other customers were. -They made a big to do of the fact that the woman didn’t know how to do acrylic nails and we had to wait for someone to be available. -Finally, the woman who did the manicure came and was rude and caused my sister to bleed during her manicure.
