Friendly, nice to have a tech that listens and is attentive. Usually I am given the third degree when I ask for "no gel", or I giggle when they grate my feet (dont know what to call it ha!), but here I was treated so kindly, even offered a drink! Can't wait to come again.

Have gone there for maybe 5 years won't go back because a gel manicure won't last more than 2 weeks . Second time I've gone where this has occured and spent over 200 plus. Not worth it probably going to Strongsville where it will last at least 4 weeks . I look down my pinky toe isn't even done on the one side , waste of money . Old nail polish

Horrible place and horrible job they did on my feet and daughters. Besides the manager or owner was rude and disrespectful! This place should be shut down!

Took my daughter for pedicures at the last minute. Got right in however first of all I was never told I was going to be charged an additional $10 to take off my previous toe nail polish. Secondly the person doing my pedicure kept disappearing for minutes at a time while I am just sitting there. My heels feel worse than when I got there. Not friendly there accept the guy at the desk. I saw a 70 dollar charge on my card after I let my daughter use the card (my fault) to go shopping after running some errands for me. She told me the guy told her the quote on the nails was ~40 bucks but when she checked out he said because of the shape or type? of nails she selected the final cost is actually 70 dollars. This is partly on her for not scrutinizing the fees more upfront however it also sounds like "bait and switch" which at a place in Crocker park one would not anticipate would be an issue.
