Initially, the service was good. They came out and replaced the hybrid battery within a couple of weeks of contacting them. I bought the battery along with the 3 year warranty. However, after 2-3 months of driving the car, the hybrid battery started having problems again. After weeks of reaching out, I still haven’t received any service and was told to watch a YouTube video on how to fix the problem myself. Still waiting on a feasible response and an available technician.
