I've been a customer for 4.5 years and always appreciate the excellent job the PCC team do with my dry cleaning. They welcome me by name and are quick to resolve rare issues when they arise. Today, they did something to garner my continued loyalty. I picked up my dry cleaning this morning and noticed a brand new designer polo shirt was missing.
