Their management at particular properties, Springhill Apartments to be exact is poor. Some of the tenants are filthy and always throwing trash along the parking lot and other areas as well as some tenants allowing their dogs to poop along the property and cause bad odor and flies. Some ofus has complained about this and now there’s roaches accumulating bc of nastiness in other units. This is one of the worse places to consider renting from.
