Took over the rental property i lived in in May. Said they would have our security deposits back to us 60 days after the last day of July and still havent heard a word. Don't do business with them unless you like being scammed out of your money with no word back to you whatsoever :)
I did not rent from them, but the ladies I spoke to on the phone were so helpful and I would recommend them to anyone

Great rental agency. We've rented a home from them for 3 years. Although our lease was not renewed this year, they were very helpful through the process of finding a new house to rent. We decided to rent another property through Pritchett Moore and we are please with their overall service.
None of their houses are pet friendly. Some you can have a dog over 20lbs. In my experience the listing said pets under 20lbs. Once I submitted the application they informed me that infact it was a no pet policy. I was out the application fee and they updated the listing. Still didn’t give me my money back for their mistake. I’d hate to actually do business with them.
