My boyfriend bought his truck at Pritchard's of Belmond, which is the closest Chevy dealer/service location to us. That's why we take most of our vehicles (5 out of 6) to the shop there. If it weren't for Rob Lamfers, and his team, that place would be lost and lose the majority of the business. $17,000 cash for a car, gave us crap for trade in. Wouldn’t even give us a remote start. Had to pay for that ourselves, come to find out, it had a remote start that was removed. Will NEVER buy from them again!!! Cash means nothing these days! They rather do financing so they can get more money from their customers.

I recently bought a vehicle from Clear Lake on Memorial Day weekend. I noticed 2 days later there was a dent and the drivers side fog lite was loose and didn't work. I called and emailed the dealership several times. At this point they do not want to fix the problems. That's not how you do business in my book. The issues need to be fixed! Very frustrating to say the least, not a satisfied customer at all!
