I really don�t like the dentist but I have to say this even with the pain I was in the staff here made me feel comfortable welcome and relaxed. This was the only time at a dentist office I did not want to get up and just walk out. Thanks for all of the help with my broken tooth and making me feel at home.
Had to get a temp crown placed and was helped by a young lady who was there just a week. She was exceptional and kept the tradition of excellent service and customer service alive! thanks to all staff...excellent staff and doctors.
My kids and I have been coming here for several years now. Most recently, my son needed to have two teeth pulled unexpectedly. Scheduling can be very challenging for me and though it was clearly difficult for them they were able to work my son into thier schedule the same day, which was quite a relief for me. Not only that, but the staff was wonderful and the dentist was a big hit with my son. Very greatful we found this place!
Everyone was so nice and always checking to make sure I was doing okay. It was a very pleasant situation and turned a visit I wasn't really looking forward to into a very nice experience. The staff there and dentist were exceptional.
As always had great experience today. Lots of new faces. But it was great to see the familiar friendly face of Dr. Fields. He can have a major impact on a positive transition into the next generation of Fields Family Denistry.
Professional and kind staff!
I initially chose Field's Dentistry because I support my local community and Dr. Fields was a member of my church. However, I stayed because they were by far the most personable office I had yet encountered in the last seven years. I don't really care how professional an office is; if they can't behave like human beings, then I run! A bridge came off during the Thanksgiving holiday. I requested an appointment, as available, to assess what could done.Dr. Frisbee, assisted by Kim, conducted an exam and took the time to modify the bridge as a temporary solution. An appointment was made for a later date to make a permanent correction along with comprehensive treatment.I was very pleased with the service provided on short notice.
as usual my experience was good. had the opportunity to meet Dr. Frisbie. was not that impressed with him.
