This was my first time using Pristine Plumbing. Oscar, was the technician that they sent. He was very professional and thorough in his analysis of the problem. I had complete confidence in him and would definitely use them again.

What a great guy! He showed up, diagnosed the issues, and repaired them in a timely manner at fair market value. I’m looking forward to requesting him for plumbing enhancements like full house filtration system. You guys are very lucky to have him on your team.

Andres and his crew did a great job replacing my water heater, they were very polite and warm, their workmanship was top quality because they took longer than I expected to make sure it met their standards. Their initial quote was very high, which seems to be their approach to make you feel like you’re getting a great deal after they lower the price, but overall the price I paid seem to be comparable to the market price.
