I am so disappointed with the services I received. We have a Toto washlet and the technician said we needed to order a part from Toto but when I called fthe Toto representative she said that the part does not match the model we have. Horrible service!
Simon provided excellent service. He was Very , on time and explained everything. We have signed up for their annual membership plan, which included Having our water heater flushed and serviced every year. We used pristine plumbing before and at that time they provided excellent service as well.
Andrew showed up late on a Sunday and fixed our kitchen sink so quickly and efficiently! We really appreciate Pristine Plumbing and Andrew for helping us out on such short notice
