Good but costly Prompt service and nice technician but it seemed very expensive. I am puzzled why a toilet fix would cost more than the entire toilet. I think I paid $200 for the whole thing and $435 to replace the plastic parts.
Very professional! Anthony was on time, very cordial, determined the cause of our problem and explained the repair that needed to be done and completed the work quickly. We were most impressed with him.
Residential main line clearing and camera run Pristine is expensive, but their people did excellent work. Dwain and Vinny were personable, professional, knowledgeable, thorough, and left the job site in a very clean and tidy condition. They would be a great reliable choice to resolve plumbing issues.

Clogged up kitchen sink and washer water line. Dwaine from Pristine Plumbing came out and saved us. Our kitchen sink and washer water line were severely clogged up. Dwaine came out and within an hour he had everything unclogged and running smoothly again. He was very courteous, nice and helpful. We have used Pristine Plumbing before and will continue to use them again if another emergency should arise.

Excellent David was courteous and knowledgable- an expert in his field and was able to diagnose and resolve our plumbing problems with advance equipment and great skill. And he did all of it leaving our bathroom pristine as advertised. Would recommend without any hesitation!
