Not pushy, good car company to work with.
Small dealership specializing in leased cars. I drove 200 miles for the car my wife had decided she wanted. All of the people that I had contact with were very polite and professional. All in all a good experience. The car was as advertised. My only complaint was that the car was not detailed very well. Interior had dirty floorboards and there were cigerette ashes on the steering column. Not "Pristine".

I stopped by to look at the car along with others on the lot. At no time did anyone approach me to talk about any particular car. I was there mid morning on a Friday. I walked around for about 10 minutes and didn’t see any one working etc so I left. I did receive a response to my email request a few days later. At that point I had already purchased a car at another dealership. I’d check this one out again because they had some nice cars, maybe it would be best to make an appointment the next time I go in?

Our sales person Will at Pristne made us feel very comfortable while browsing on their lot. Not pushy at all but knowledgeable and friendly. Do I dare say pleasurable? I was contacted shortly after submitting an interest and scheduled to see the car. On my way I called only to find out the car was no longer available. They could have alerted me sooner by calling or sending a message, but I am glad they were honest over the phone and told me the car was not available.
They responded but not until after I contacted them twice and when the vehicle that I was interested in was SOLD!
