So where do I begin....I bought my first house with Pristine Realty. They did the research on items I requested and landed me in a great area with growth and development. They placed me in the ideal situation because everyone wanted to be in my area and the realtors said I should be able to rent my house out in 2 or 3 years if I planned on moving due to the growth and the new school!.....They were right! I rented the house out in 2 days and used them for the purchase of my condo downtown. I couldn't be happier with my realtor and their staff at Pristine International! Trust me if you run into a snag (even if its out of their control) they still make it happen! I appreciate you all! It become more than just home buying, not only do I have two beautiful homes, I have two great investments. So if you are looking for a home, an investment, better quality of life, then Pristine is for you! For that I am truly grateful! Best, Dave
