Jeff was extremely helpful helping us understand all different options and longevity of those options for a roof, and took lots of time to answer questions. He and his team did an excellent job and were timely and communicative. Highly recommend.
I had a very disappointing experience with Jeff as our contractor. His communication was terrible; he often failed to show up on the days he promised, leaving us in the dark. Despite giving us countless completion dates, none were ever met. He owes us a substantial refund due to supply issues that prevented him from honoring the contract we paid towards, and after months of waiting as well as a ruling in our favor in small claims court, he still hasn't paid.
