Front office needs to provide the clinical staff the insurance information on any procedures before the patient comes into the office. The last two times procedures have been recommended by clinical staff only to find out insurance will not pay for it. A patient can still elect to have the work done but should have all this information at hand when making the decision

After a very bad experience at my last Dentist Office, I was a little nervous when I visited Mallard Creek Family Dentistry. My sister recommended this Dentist Office, so I was comfortable with making the appointment, but still a little edgy. My visit was fabulous; starting from the moment I entered the office until the moment I left. The staff was very friendly and professional and I build rapport with them quickly. I'm looking forward to my next visit!
