The staff as well as Dr. Gustafson works at making sure you are well informed before any work is done and is good at explaining the procedures as well as any options. The office staff is excellent at providing estimates so that there are no cost surprises. I am comfortable that I am getting excellent care at Mallard Creek Family Dentistry.
