My visit today went EXCELLENT😊My Dental Hygienist “Amy” was GREAT! She made it very calm and easy. Thanks Again Amy!! This is the Best Dentist Office in Charlotte. Everyone there is very nice and professional. The dentist and dental hygienist are are Great! You will definitely love them all.

My first visit and I am still smiling. So nice to be welcomed by so many friendly faces! I am so glad I chose to come here. The staff was knowledgeable and friendly and the dentist was reassuring and made me feel confident that my issues would be handled in a professional manner. Had that "family" feeling! I consider my oral hygiene appointment with Gina more like a spa day than a dental appointment. She is so gentle with her cleaning methods, and she gives me dark glasses to wear, so I almost fall asleep during my visit. She takes a lot of time to answer questions and frequently checks in with me throughout the cleaning to make sure I'm okay and not experiencing any discomfort. She's the best!
As always, the staff does an outstanding job, great experience with my Dental Hygienist and front office staff!

Very professional. They always take time with you and take your comfort and needs into account. Everyone is very friendly and they take client safety very seriously. I moved an hour away but I still keep coming back to this practice because they are just great! I would highly recommend Mallard Creek Family Dentistry!
