Ordered uber eats & a guy name Julian picked up order, never brought food to my door just took a photo of apartment building & stole my food. When trying to contact him through uber this is the phone number & voicemail he has on the uber account.
The services are very bad now ! they stopped servicing me without notice, I'm disabled & can't clean my place, I sure hope they don't treat other disable people this way, tried to call & text for many weeks & Left many messages to call back with no response. I do not recommend using them !
Over priced for the level of cleaning offered. One sink was clogged when I returned home and a huge mess was left inside of it. When they contacted me about billing, they insisted that the sink was clogged when they arrived so now I am stuck with the full price of the bill and I now need to hire a plumber.
Very disappointed in their service recently i used them for over a year but in the last 3 months their service and response has gone down significantly - Left them emails and Voice Mails but no response.
We have them clean the office once a week. They do such an amazing job that we consistently get comments asking if we cleaned up just before the customer came in! We’ve tried numerous places and finally found the best! Highly recommend anybody use Pristine Clean of Gainesville!!
