I used this service, they evening of the service I lost electricity in my kitchen. I had a electrician come out ($225), he said this happens with pressure washing water got in the outlet. I emailed pristine clean told them what happened, they said “ sorry that happened to you, but it’s not our fault” I would NOT recommend pristine clean based on the lack of customer service.
We were extremely pleased with our recent experience with Pristine Clean and would highly recommend them. They have outstanding communication, complete and accurate estimates, great people skills and exact appointment time. I’ve not had this type of professional service often. Great job. Thank you
