Please do not rent from Nadine Smith, David Bonner, Fairborne Properties, Pristine Bay or whatever company Nadine is involved with. My partner and I lived in one of her properties for nearly three months and it was filthy, roach-infested, poorly maintained and failed to meet basic city health and safety codes. Luckily, Nadine lies in writing, so, with the help of an attorney, we were able to recoup most of the $12,000 we spent on rent and deposits. Please avoid at any cost.
