Looked for a while to buy a good used vehicle, and found a great deal at Pristine. Got a 2018 Buick Enclave - the repair work was done perfectly , and detailing was good. It has been months, have driven it a lot, and not a single issue with the car. Was very happy with the sales process and the people. Recommended them to friends who got a car from there and are happy. Definitely the place to buy a good used car at a great price.
The buying process was smooth and transparent, and they worked hard to offer me the best deal possible. I also appreciated the clear explanation of all the features and financing options. I highly recommend.
I had a very disappointing experience at this dealership. The car salesperson was extremely disrespectful and unprofessional throughout the entire interaction. Instead of providing helpful information or answering my questions, their attitude was rude and dismissive, making me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. I expected a higher level of professionalism, especially when making such an important purchase.
