Friendly salesperson. Went in to see a 2008 bmw 328i convertible hard top that I likely would have snapped up. The salesperson told me that the top seemed to have an issue and wouldn't retract. He had my contact info and told me he would call back when they had the dealer fix it. Never got a call back and the vehicle was apparently sold. Looked at a slightly more expensive one they had but it didn't have the bmw logo on the front of the car. Again they said they would contact me when they get it fixed, never heard back.
